This 30 minute consultation allows us to meet one another and determine your initial goals and ask questions. These goals often change over time and you may not be ready to talk about some things yet... but this phone call can allow you to get information you need to take that first step.

This 90 minute appointment allows time to conduct administrative tasks, consult with previous or current providers as needed, identify problem areas/symptoms and gather background information.

These are our ongoing regularly occurring sessions where we monitor symptoms, goals, and progress.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointment times on Mondays and Saturdays. These are available for both assessments and routine appointments and based on what you feel you can afford. I ask that you set up a free consultation to start this process.

I will be offering some group sessions in 2025. These sessions are a great opportunity to learn and practice new skills, process difficult experiences with others experiencing similar issues, and generally have more space to work toward your personal goals in therapy. Check with me about plans for upcoming group sessions!
