Clinical Social Worker

I believe the most important relationship is the one that we have with ourselves. This relationship can be challenged by the difficulties and unexpected situations of life that leave us feeling out of control   Therapy is a space where we can meet to explore your reactions, emotions, patterns of behavior and goals, such that you can identify and regain control and live a life of intention.  My goal for this space is support, honesty, and non-judgement.  My goal for you is empowerment and growth and a life that you can experience with authenticity and self-compassion.

I work with adults experiencing a range of personal and mental health concerns. I conduct psychotherapy from a psychodynamic foundation and integrate CBT and DBT techniques to target symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Training

I completed my clinical training at Rutgers University in 2018, earning a Master's Degree in Social Work. Alongside my private practice, my background includes community mental health work with veterans, the VA, anger management programs, forensic assessment, and hospice care, experience that shapes the way I show up in a session: direct, grounded, and unwilling to look away from the hard parts.
